This particular outreach provides a high- impact, cost effective non-centre-based programme giving children, their families, early learning facilitators, ECD practitioners, home visitors, community workers and organisations. This outreach provides services to children giving them access to a collection of carefully selected educational play material, play sessions and toys in their own communities and households.
