It is always amazing when people from different walks of life meet and collaborate towards a common goal. Working with the Cause was a gratifying experience, but it was also a learning experience.

Find an organisation that does something you care a lot about. I was attracted to the Seriti Institute because of their community gardening programme. Food security should be a priority for us all.

Initially my intention was to just give back, but the reality is that in turn I have gotten back so much more, and I have told as many people as I can about this incredible platform, the likes of which I have not seen before – life changing stuff

FindVirtual volunteering is an enabler, allowing me to volunteer from home which is what I am able to do now as mum of three little kids
