Here's a little more info about this opportunity...
the organization is currently cooking and serve 250 beneficiaries each year. serving them with hot meals (Monday to Friday) excluding the public holidays. 1. we need food items to cover the shortfalls of our current funding. 2. required electronics will be computers and printers to assist our beneficiaries to access these facilities for their school assignments, job applications and to facilitate computer literacy training. these items will be more relevant since the ward has no library within a walkable distance. 3. FENCING & STRUCURES: we had been granted a pace of operation and we are in need of the fencing and irrection of the temporal structures. Welbedatch East is underdeveloped and has no title deeds, halls, schools, libraries and other facilities. our structures shall provide some of these facilities. 4. hygien equipments and tools: due to the high risk of food posoning through the country. the organization has taken a stand to aprouch the department of health (the enviromental unit) to assist us to be fully complient to health and safety requirement in line with the hygien. the organizationis has aplied for the certificate of acceptability. the folowing hygiene obsevation were communicated by the department in order to acquire such certificate. a) tranport must be a panel van and only be used for food caring purposes only. b) kitchen tables and walls must be covered with stainless steel for an easy clean-up. c) acquire pest control mechanism or be contacted to the aproved ones. d) provide hand was basin and kitchen stainless sink e) full gas installation and staff training. f) our containers revemp is esential. meeting these requirements and improving our service delivery is our highest priority.
