New Breed Empowerment offers job readiness and excellence programs with the help of a program called Work 4 A Living (W4AL) [CEO and Founder Ena Richards]. The program offers classes for the unemployed to learn essential skills to be able to step into a workplace and be the best employee they can be. The program has helped two students (Ryno and Carli) to obtain jobs. Through the program New Breed Empowerment works directly with employers in terms of recruitment. Every person that attends the program would be more likely to get a job because when recruitment opens their CV's are send to the partnering companies.
