At Grannies Who Care, it’s not just about handing over a parcel. Each gift comes wrapped in love, support, and encouragement. We understand that the journey of motherhood can be overwhelming, and that’s why our mission goes beyond providing essentials. It’s about sharing a moment of connection, offering a kind word, and reminding each mom that she is not alone. Our care parcels carry hope, but our greatest gift is the compassion and encouragement we give to uplift both mom and baby during this special time.
