Rebecca Kgobe - Cultivating Success

Rebecca Kamogelo Kgobe's journey through the Food Security Program (FSP) is a testament to resilience and achievement. Starting with plant production training at NQF Level 1 with FSP and continuing to NQF Level 2, Rebecca's dedication stood out, earning her a role as one of two seedling growers at a FSP commercial nursery situated at Northern Farms. Her year-long experience as a seedling grower equipped her with valuable skills, leading to a permanent position recently at Sakata Seeds Southern Africa (PTY) Ltd. She started her new position on the July 1, 2024 and is now responsible for production and overseeing seedlings at Sakata's Lanseria field site. Rebecca's journey highlights the transformative impact of FSP training, demonstrating how investing in skills development can lead to significant career advancements and job opportunities.
