Injured by dog attacks

On Saturday afternoon we received a call from a member of the public in regard to a injured cat in front of their yard. We responded immediately and found a severely injured male cat. We raced to the afterhours vet clinic and admitted him to the vet clinic. It was determent that he have been attack by dogs and had severe injuries, and maggots in the wounds. Been treated for pain and infections , wounds been cleaned and prayed for a good outcome. But this morning he crossed the rainbow bridge , no more hurt or pain. We try to never turn a blind eye to animals in need, and that's why we have this large outstanding vet account.
