Maths Murals at Parktown Primary
CEEP is doing a maths mural that is helping to teach children mental maths more easily
CEEP is working with Partners for Possibility, PKF Octogon and Wits Maths Department to do educational maths murals in Parkown Primary. Last week Friday CEEP partnered with the team from PKF and we did murals at the school. The project had previously being done by Terry Boardman who works with PFP at Gahlanso Primary school to create a mural at the school. The murals have being magic maths for the impact the students have had using the games. Educators spend time in the morning with the students and the games and students play the games on their own during break times. CEEP is looking for other teams to partner with us to assist more schools that want maths murals in the Gauteng area For photos of the project look at our photo album For more information email Nicole on ceep@telkomsa.net
