Lead From Within Workshop

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kim du Preez, for designing a powerful leadership course for our beneficiaries. Our learners get to participate in a workshop, ‘Lead from Within,’ focused on leadership, empowerment and unlocking what it takes to be an authentic, purposeful and courageous leader. The workshop consisted of four powerful modules that encouraged a deep, critical and intentional analysis of the past, present and future and how best to navigate life’s challenges and opportunities to ensure a successful and meaningful future. One of the most remarkable aspects of this workshop is its focus of unlocking the untapped potential within each individual. Beneficiaries are carefully guided into introspective journeys of reflection and self-discovery, prompted to recognise their strengths, confront their limitations and cultivate the resilience necessary to overcome obstacles that keep them from reaching their full potential and being the best version of themselves. This is a transformative workshop that empowers our learners to step into leadership roles with authenticity and courage.
